    Anyone do these? I wish I could try but my basement is not tall enough.

    My gym ceiling isn't tall enough. I've seen those in the past and would like to do them, they look tough.

    They're better known as muscle ups. Gymnasts do a lot of them in the rings. They're not a (typical) bodybuilding movement.

    ive done them before ive only heard them called muscle ups tho. theyre realy hard.

    They are tough.....I did them two weeks ago. I only got 4 Check out youtube - some vids are amazing

    I was just getting ready to say they are referred as muscle ups. Ive been trying to get those down, but its seems like I have been trying forever.
