Burn out... if I did that more than 2 weeks, i would crash and burn. Id recomend taking at least 1-2 days off a week and think long term. but hey, thats just me.

I feel that optimally one should get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day 7 days a week. Proper rest is important though of course. I found that 30 minutes 5 days a week work perfectly for me. I then take Sat and Sun off . As for doing cardio on an empty stomach, you never want to rob yourself of nutrients. Especially in the morning which is your most important meal. Of course, you don't want to do cardio immediately after eating, but that is common sense.

Cardio 7 times a week will most likely just fuck you up, happened to me.
Cardio on empty stomach is stupid because there's no glucose or protein in ur blood, pretty much forcing ur body to catabolize muscle. First priority should be to maintain as much muscle as possible, second is to lose fat.
I heard that studies show that starved cardio doesnt realy produce much more fat loss than regular cardio, it all comes down to calls in vs cals out.
