No, training is the same. You want to get to at least a 8% bodyfatpercentage. You don't need that much mass. Depending on your genetics, six months to a year of dedicated work could be all you need.

I'm pretty sure you have to be able to spell it before you can attain it, Mr Fittnes.

Thanx man....i think i am more at the one year mark......but it can be done at the same time right?...i mean first, you gain mass( and a bit of fat in along the way)...and then lose the fat(with a bit of muscle along the way)..RIGHT?

Right. I copied the way YOU spelled it (which, incidentally, was different from the way you spelled it in your title, which was also wrong!)

I'm glad you figured that out, Dumbass. That's a single "b" and double "s" BTW.

Your pretty close to having the look that you're going for, I just looked at your pics. You're nowhere near getting the big bodybuilder "bouncer" look, but you look very healthy. Bigger chest, arms, good abs (and please do not leave out legs). Keep up the good work!

(I have a thing for guys w nice legs) So Hot!!!

if your trying for the fitness model look i'de just follow the abercrombie model workout program since it's designed to specifically build a fitness model physique.

That is one shit workout plan....

    A bodypart split
    No deads
Far too much direct arm and isolation work

It may say that the focus is on chest, abs, shoulders and arms, with less of a focus on back and legs. But they dont understand that by not properly training legs and back they are seriously hampering their gains in other areas. Direct arm work is not the way to build big biceps, heavy rows and deads is.

wow, that is the worst plan I have ever seen.

Don't listen to this crap, oz_s. You look like you have done some hard work, so just work on the diet at this point. The difference between bodybuilders and fitness models is 90% diet.
