activity level

i lift weights 3 times a week-push,pull,legs.and i jog 3-4 times a week 20-30mins.

am i:

a.)lightly active
b.)moderately active
c.)very active
d.)extremely active

?????

Do you do anything else? (Cardio ever?) Do you move around a lot outside of the gym?

jogging is my cardio.nope i dnt do anything else just jog and lift weights 2(sometimes 3) times a week.well i dnt know if having s*x counts but i get it at least 1-3 days a week lol.

I think i heard somewhere that 3 hours of exercise or more per week constitutes a very active person

Goal...... DL:500lb, Sqt:400lb, Bnch:300lb
Current.. DL:375lb, Sqt:335lb, Bnch:260lb
Weight: 185lb (up 25lb), bf=15%ish
Age:35 Training since 11/06 journal

If you are lifting 3 days a week and then running on 2-4 other days of the week, that means you are training 6-7 days per week. I would consider that to be very active.

I would say it depends on what else you do. If you have an office job where you sit 8-12 hours a day then I would say moderate.

well i lift 2x a week most of the time (some weeks im really busy at work) but sometimes 3x.jog 20-30 mins 3-4x a week(3x if i get to lift weights 3x a week if not then 4).i do desk job, im infront of the comp all the time.thats pretty much it
