    Cool my firstweek workout 30lbs by July

    Finally after superbowl partyin(and all year benge eating),,its time for me to get back in to the gym...its been awhile to say the least...

    my workout...going to start out pretty lite going into it.. this is my first week program I just made..mimics my old routine but alittle lighter...
    Will post my results later... trying to lose 30lbs by July...obviously,,not going to overexert myself during the first 2-3 weeks till my body gets back into it.(well maybe just in the cardio). Leave feedback if ya want..
