Elevated low rows (cable)
Hi everyone hope im not boring people with something that has already been posted lots of times already.
I use the net to find new execise to perform in the gym i found this one a while ago and have used in a few times now. Its just like a regular low cable row except you sit slightly higher up than the cable pully. Its advertised as like emphasizing the lower portions of your lats, which i can feel it doing. Im concerned though that the elevation should only be very slight as it would be putting more strain toward your lower back and if your leaning forward to get a good stretch this could lead to injury. Anyone got any points of views on this one. |

By sitting higher you will emphasize the upper back, not the lower (and you can't emphasize the 'lower lats'). Good for variation.
