    Exclamation want to gain muscle

    all the talking is bull shit ,. don't do diet's don't do anything . all you have to do is lift heavy weights and rest a lot that's it everybody can grow muscle quickly just do 5 to 6 reps with very very heavy weights . when you can do that easly then put more weights that's it. later...........

    i wish what danny714 siad was ture, because i dont eat too good, but i know for a fact diet is a big factor in gaining mass.
