I'm a firm believer in using lifts that you can push heavy weights for tris. Floor presses, close-grip 3 board presses, and close-grip declines will destroy your tris.

my routine is a little wierd i do chest twice a week one day for just basic heavy lifts, the next day is all about tris, and basic development to really burn out muscles. today was just an odd day and i wanted to try the close grips that were suggested. in a normal tri routine i now do reverse grip press downs, one arm reverse grip pressdowns, and over head extensions. chest on that day consists of cable cross over, dips, incline bench, and if i am feeling good i will do flys.
