    i want to show off.

hi guys, there is 3 things i really want to be able to do some day, so i can off of to people, (sorry if that seems vain). 1 - tear a apple in half with my hands, 2 - tear a phone book in half with my hands and 3 - crush a drink can with mu hands.

you may think i am loser, becasue i want to do it to show off, but i would love to be able to do it to impress people.

what i want to know is can any one tell me how i can do these things.

1 - is it all forarm and grip strenght (obviously there has to be technique involed as well).

2 - if i just keep trying to do them will i eventually get it. for example if i keep trying to crush a can with my hands, then i am pushing inwards with boths hands, so the force is being applied but my hands wont actually be moving inwards, (because i cant do it yet). so is it better to use hand grippers to pratice, because then at least my hand are closeing together. what i mean is if someone is trying to increase there bench press thay would do the movement i.e. bench press, they wouldnt just applie the pushing force and push againsted a wall, as this wouldnt increase the bench press, at least i dont think it would.

3 - so carrying on from where question two left off, is there any thing i can do, (other than just trying to do them 3 things), that will help me.

i know it will be a long time befor i can crush a can or tear a phone book in half. so for now i want to be able to tear a apple in half. dont get me wrong i am not saying it is easy, but i think it is easlier than the other two. so if i could do that to start with i would be really happy.

oh, by the way can any off you do any of the things i talked about, just wonderthing?
