Need a little help..
My situation is as follows.. I'm currently weighing 210'ish with about 15% body fat. My problem is I'd like to lose body fat get it down to about the 8% area. However my back i believe is underdeveloped.. my Traps/Shoulders are not where i want them. My question is can I start trying to lower my calories and going lower carb trying to get my body fat down while still fixing my problem areas.. or do i need to continue with my current 3500 calorie diet to accomodate me in fixing my problem areas then after i become content there start lowering calories and cutting?
THanks In Advance Jay |

For my shoulders and traps.. i'm doing over head presses, high rows, shrugs, latteral raises, rope to neck pulls.. a good variety. One of the reasons i'm underdeveloped in my traps and shoulders is that i was doing too much weight on shrugs and sacrificing form.. I"ve in the last 4-6 weeks have changed things up and I'm doing more targeting exercises and gradually raising the weight.. My progress over the last 4-6 weeks has been encouraging. Can i continue to fix this problem on a lowered calorie diet. I want to lower my carbs but not really go low carb.. just enough i can lose some body fat and still build muscle.. Is this a realistic goal. My long term goal really isn't size.. I have a good mass build to me other than my back being underdeveoped.. I'm really lacking mainly in thickness.

one or the other bro. A good diet and good workout it will not take long to fix the problem then cut. What's the rush?

rear delt fly to help with shoulders also helps with back, and upright row will help with shoulders and traps best to sacrifice a few inches on your waist to build a better body eat clean bulk up then cut it down
