Men in general do not carry much fat in their extremity's...the chest, lower back and lower abs are usually the last places to lose body fat for men...
I noticed with my cutting program that my lower arms (fore arms) and my calvs have pretty much no fat at all and I can se the muscles move when I move my hand or whatever. My face and neck have lost weight too.
Then my thighs and bicep area has more fat but not a ton and my uperbody and torso have the most.
Does this sound right? I know that different areas of the body lose at different speeds but is this how it works for most ppl?
Losing from the outer extremities inward toward the body.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
Thanks LAM.
One of the functions of fat is to protect and insulate organs. Since there are no major organs in your extremities, fat is predisposed not to be there. Your body will reduce fat last where it needs it the most.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
