really odd training question funny to

ok i am at the gym today when a bunch of extremely scrawny young guys come they all are doing the exact same routine like some on told them to do this. is there any work out that any one of you has heard of that would tell you to do lifts incorrectly with bad form, train all parts of your body and take little to no rest breaks? like they would go from back to legs to arms to chest to shoulders very strange, and rather funny. it was like a train reck couldnt quit watching would have offerd some tips but they were a little rude bunch of teens

High schoolers at my gym are funny like that to. And they are tring to out do eachother.

Give it some time, you'll see alot of that kind of stupidity if you look for it.
The most irritating part is that 99.98% of the time, even after they ask you for advice, they'll completely ignore you and do it wrong anyway.

it's funny, but sometimes crappy because i'm laughing at them and go over my 60 sec. rest in between sets

never feel bad about going over i try not to but every once in a while the owner of the gym gets to talking and im like man i am in the middle of a lift lol some times i get away some times i dont

Another thing that blows my mind, people that stand around and talk at the machine I need. They look at you and say I have one more set.

lol, I remember those guys... I've actually gotten into arguments over that kinda shit. Here's a tip though, stick with free weights, you almost never have to wait for those... well unless some douchebag is using the squat rack for 'barbell curls'.

i do cardio at home i have to stationary's and a eliptical also i to my one chest day here. head phones work but when i walk by i feel rude if i dont say hi i need to take a water bottle with me so i can stay in the wieght room. dude i hat that to its like bro move away from the machine or learn how to lift and talk at the same damn time

only problem with the frees are when you get a series of morons standing infront of the rack grunting lifting with bad form to much wieght becouse a nice piece of ass walked in

during the time i go any more usually me a and a few old people and my little friend my lifting partner is a amatuer body builder funny thing is he is like five foot nothing and i am six two but if you go towards the evening ass every were i always try to go in non peak hours usualy works for me some times i get unlucky and get stuck with the turds i got stuck with today

ok well now i am convinced that some one is writing bad programs in my gym. to old guys were doing the same bad form assenine lifts and workouts today as the jackass's from a while ago! the lifts were not exact but still assenine. but today was really funny becouse i had my head phones cranked on my ipod and this freakin dude farted so loud i heard it like twice! i was like that is freakin funny i have done that a few times on like heavier lifts but these are older guys. like fifty sixty years old and one of em was like snickering. well that is my report from my odd little corner of ohio.
