I don't know about anyone else, but I can't really afford to intake 3,000 to 4,000 quality calories per day. I just graduated from college and times are hard!
Anybody have any tips on how to get big on a budget? What low cost foods are best for my goals? I'm about 185 lbs w/ 10% body fat (don't worry, it's coming off NOW), and I've been trying to get up to 200 lbs for the longest!

Look for sales on chicken and steak then stock up, I'm talking like a good 20lbs of each and just freeze it (if you have the space). Plain old fashioned oats are cheap, rice is cheap, eggs are fairly cheap, whey is pretty cheap for how much protein you get.
If you know what you're going to eat, grab a friend's Costco card and load up on bulk foods that don't expire like rice, oats, etc.
