    Pics of Me need HELP

    Here are some pics of me can you guys give me some advice on want I need to do to gain some lean muscle mass like a good WO routine some good supps to take. Anyhitng would be very appreciated it.

    I suggest u get a good training routine and focus on losing fat first before gaining.

    as mentioned earlier, spend some time reading the stickies and faq, than put together a routine and post it... then we can give you better tips.

    Ok
    I was thinking about going with that P/RR/S training routine seems like people like that a lot.
    Diet
    6:00am- Wake up 20min Run
    7:00am- Breakfast-1 scoop of protein-5g of Glutamine-3 eggs(egg beater type) and bowl of oatmeal-Fish Oil with meal-Multi Vitamin after meal.
    9:30am- Chicken with brown rice
    10:15am- Pre work out shake 2 scoops of protein-With Waximaize.
    10:45am- Pre Work and sip on during work out 5g of glutamine and 5g of creatine mixed with waximaize.
    12:00pm- Post Workout 2 scoops of protein-50g of waximaize-5g of glutamine-10g of creatine.
    2:30pm- Chicken with brown rice
    5:00pm- Protein Shake
    7:00pm- Some kind of red meat or fish with brown rice-fish oil with meal-multi vitamin after meal.
    10:00pm-Scoop of protein with glutamine

    Ok let me know what you guys think abou this?
    What supps I should add or remove?
    Is the WO routine good or should I do something else?
    How does the Diet look?

    Good job on your homework, ok, here's my $.02:
    P/RR/S is a great program, but depending on your training experience it may be a bit much... how long have you been training?
    Diet looks fairly solid, just add in some more fibrous veggies... could scale back on the creatine and glutamine though... I only use 5g of each a day. I doubt your body will absorb much more than that.
    I also don't feel that supps during a workout is necessary, I just drink water...
