5 day workout plan?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com hello everyone, you may be suprised(or dont even care) to know that I have finally signed up for the gym (after I said I would almost 2 years ago). I just a made a trip to the supplement store and I'll begin working out. now I was thinking of some kind of 5 day a week work out plan.
Monday Chest Tuesday Back Wednesday break thursday legs friday shoulders/tri sat bi sun break advice, good workouts for each? reps? |

you have to put in time to educate yourself before others help you out. You can't expect people to just write a program for you. let us know what you think and then we will let you know what we think. |

alright, thats understandable. But give me some time to get farmiliar with all the different workouts.1 other question. If you are trying to build mass. Is it better to do low weight with high reps, or high weight with low reps?

alright so I see its says that to build mass you should be using mostly free weights (not machines). very High weight, with low reps (4-8). Im guessing you would do these in sets with resting intervals of 30-120 seconds.
