Depends on goals and what you are trying to achieve. Also, depends on what you trained that day and the intensity of the runs.

My diet basically, i dont lose weight and i dont gain it and i had a 6pack before my holiday.
During my holiday my diet changed and i put on weight, how could i lose this fat but keeping my diet the same.
IE, what cardio work, before or after training ?
I think it would be next to impossible to lose weight while on the same diet that you were on over the holiday that caused you to gain weight. that is what I take it you mean?
you're going to have to change your diet if you want to lose some fat.
If you want to get leaner and have more definition in your abs, you need to either A: Eat less, or B: Burn more calories. So if you aren't looking to change your diet, then it looks like its option B. So it doesn't really matter what exercise you do, as long as your are burning more calories than you are taking in.
I'm just running because i'm trying to get in shape. And i think that's the answer i was looking for though i'm on diet from maybe a month now and i just have to start burning more calories. Thank you.
