tips for hypertrophy v strength

A caloric surplus and enough intensity to stimulate hypertrophy. There are a tonne of ways to acheive that intensity. Some people prefer higher volume others prefer less volume and more intensity like HIT. There is no one way to stimulate hypertrophy.
If you arent in a caloric surplus, though, it doesnt matter what you do - you wont put on a gram of muscle. |
