Sounds like too much guitar hero to me.

Seriously it could be a lot of little things, and a drop in 2 reps isnt a very good measure of strength loss, especially since its only between a week.

you are making a big deal about nothing.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Bad session that could be due to a diet mess up, little less sleep the day before, slightly raised mental stress for whatever reason.

Seriously dude, you've found a pimple and are yelling aids.

i would say pick a hobby and stick with it. i find playing to many video games makes ya lazy my hobby is lifting keeps me focused on the next lifting day and what muscles i am going to be working. only things games are good for is when you cant lift and you are stressed play tenchu wrath of heaven and chop some dudes head off or black and blow some one up. that is a great stress reliever lol.
