Diet?
Can someone tell why my bench may have dropped. I went from benching 155x7 to 155x5 in a week. I dont know if its a big deal but im curious. Ive been playing guitar hero alot so i dont know if that mya have anything to do with it.

Diet?
i mean its been the forst time that i benched in a short while and i did 7 reps buyt the week after it was 5 reps
and my diet wasnt really different
Sounds like too much guitar hero to me.
Seriously it could be a lot of little things, and a drop in 2 reps isnt a very good measure of strength loss, especially since its only between a week.

Diet, overreaching, stress.

wtf soxmuscle lmao!

Bad session that could be due to a diet mess up, little less sleep the day before, slightly raised mental stress for whatever reason.
Seriously dude, you've found a pimple and are yelling aids.

lol @ pimple + aids
yea I guess its not a big deal. I was just wondering if playing too much videogames could make bad changes.

i would say pick a hobby and stick with it. i find playing to many video games makes ya lazy my hobby is lifting keeps me focused on the next lifting day and what muscles i am going to be working. only things games are good for is when you cant lift and you are stressed play tenchu wrath of heaven and chop some dudes head off or black and blow some one up. that is a great stress reliever lol.
