Increasing Weight, reps
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi, last night i was doing millitary press and did 20kg 5 x 5. The last rep was almost impossible and im aching today.
Now, the next weight up is 25kg. I do not think i will beable to manage 5 x 5 with this. So, should i do 20kg 5 x 5 until it is alot easier or just do 25kg until i can get it 5 x 5 ? |

How long have you been doing 20kg for?

That was the first time i have done the millitary press as its a new workout.
However, previously in my other i did seated shoulder press with 20kg and had the BB going behind my head, so it wasnt the same. |
