My Story!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I am new here but not new to training and usage. I began training 6 years ago and went from 202 to 242 using Test/EQ cycles. I was really making great progress when I had a freak accident while arm wrestling and twisted my humerous bone IN HALF!! Ouch! Well after 5 days in the hospital and two plates and 28 screws my arm was left in bad shape. I did rehab and made a miracle recovery. My hand was actually paralyzed due to nerve damage and the docs said it would take at least a year to recover. But, after much prayer my hand started working inonly 22 days and the docs said it was impossible!

Well my arm really hurt alot and the joints were stuff and painful so i got discouraged and quit going to the gym.

As I said earlier I was 6'0 / 242 lbs with a 30" waist when I broke my arm and now I am 250 with a 38" waist. I am getting back into the swing of things and I am excited about training and going to the gym again! I am not ready for a cycle yet but I am looking at natural ways to help rebuild my base.

As I have been out of the loop for awhile any advice would be appreciated!

See you guys arouond!!

Peace,

PappaD

Diet is most important. Start light and slightly go up in the weights. Take it easy bro and good luck!

Soreness is weakness exiting the body.
