HIIT on eliptical after i lift
I've been trying to get that shredded look because that's the look i have been trying to get ever since i started to lift. But now my diet is top notch, supplements are top notch.
But if i also want to preserve my LBM should i not do the HIIT on eliptical everytime i lift?? I am scared that if i do the HIIT i will lose little bit LBM but if i don't do the HIIT, more fat will be stored/gained. Also i prefer to only get one day of rest a week, and on the other 2 days i dont hit the iron, i do HIIT sprinting or i want to do circuit training. Would the circuit training get in the way of the LBM and recovery? HELP!! Mon - chest/lateral work tue - back wed - circuit training or HIIT sprints (is doing circuit training ok here as far as recovery) thurs - legs fri - shoulders/arms |
