Lower ab development?
Are there any exercises that target the lower abdominals or provide a range of motion that will recruit the lower abs? I'm seeing pretty good development in my upper abdominals, but my lower abs are lagging.
Or is this just about diet (i.e., to see the lower abs the BF% needs to go even lower)? |

Like the others said - to see them you need lower bodyfat which is acheived through diet control.
To train them however use movements like leg raises, reverse crunches, planks, etc. |

Look into the Legendary Abs program. Being doing it for about 12 years and if you do it right it works for overall abs.
