Pain in right forearm doing some curls

Occasionally when doing curls I'll get a severe pain in my right forearm. I've stopped doing curls with an EZ bar because that's what causes the problem the most. Feels like the ulna about 6 inches above the wrist.

Anyone else have this happen to them or perhaps know what the problem is?

I use to get pretty bad pains near my elbow when doing bicep curls with the dumbbells, but they went away after like a day, is your pain consistent after you stop working out (the next day) or does it go away, if it goes away, id suggest maybe checking your form and maybe avoiding bicep curls all together since you could be working them in many different other movements such as pullups or rows, but if they are a necessetie or the pain is prolonged try working out your wrists and strengthening them

It's only during the curls. Otherwise there usn't any pain. Being it's just during EZ curls I'll probably just forego them altogether.

If it hurts skip 'em. You don't need to do them if you are doing chins, rows and pullups

I see you are in Michigan. Where do you train?

My basement. Going to a gym isn't in the budget so I have to make do with what little I have. But I'm just a bit north of Detroit.
