when i do this i bend my wrists back so my arms stay in close to my body
is this necessary or can i let my arms bend out it puts alot of stress on my wrists the way i do it which i guess could be good unless its bad with so much weight |

You're using arms and wrists as synonyms. I have no idea what you're asking at the moment.
pain = bad bending wrists = bad flaring elbows out = bad arms close = good |

What does bending your wrists back have to do with keeping your arms close to your body? You should be able to keep a neutral wrist position while you benc regardless of the positioning of your shoulder joints.
