Hello, looking for a few suggestions...
Hello all, I have been paying for a gym membership now for quite a while and have tried on and off to get it going. A co worker of mine, who used a few cycles of steroids to jump start is trying to get me to get back into the gym, but I would like to do it drug free, if I do it at all.
I have a few problems that has bothered me in the past and was wondering if anybody could give me suggestions on how to work around these issues. I have spent 10 + years driving a forklift, so my left shoulder is stiff and has a sort of achy bursitus type problem...the range of motion is less than my other shoulder. I have noticed a bit a difficulty is some exercises (military press). Has anybody else have something similar and have got around this? Also, I had the lateral meniscus removed from my right knee years ago, and makes doing squats a real treat! Is there any other exercise that would be somewhat as beneficial but less stressful on my knee joint? Any help appreciated... |
