I work each body part once per week, with the exception of calves and abs.
Sets? that one would take me some time to think thru, as it varies each work-out.

right now I do 3 sets of each body part a week..

I do one set on each training day which are Mon-Wed-Fri...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Hows your progress? If it starts to drop, you may want to lower those numbers a bit.

If your progress (if any) continues for any longer than 8-12 weeks then you are the new arnold are far as genetics are concerned.

    Anyhoo:

    thighs: 4-6
    chest: 4-6
    back: 4-6

anything else: no more than 2. (except calves)

    biceps: none.
