    Deadlift... hernia?

I was lifting today, and went heavy on deads... my pelvis about two inchs about my... you know, felt a bit tender, and when i was getting a drink i thought i felt a bubble type thing... now its not sore or anything, and i did different kinds of stretchs, coughed, etc.. and the "bubble" didnt happen again (note i didnt feel anything it coulda been anything, also i had crazy gas today from protein im taking)... I know this sounds like a joke, but its serious...

Would I know if i had the hernia? Theres no tenderness etc there at all, I just got nervous cause I hear alot of horror stories..

usually you will be tender or have pain when you strain (like if you were to try and force yourself to take a shit).

You may have a slight rip or tear. You might want to get it checked out to make sure you are good to go.

Would you say that it felt like a mild cramping sensation in a specifically localized area?

    Just curious.

yea man, that sounds about right... its not like a pain maybe cramping would be a better way to describe.. but its like at random times.. sometimes like say if im standing it feels tight for a second than goes away.. theres no bulge.
