Question Ferruggia Program?

Hi everybody, I am new here and my name kinda says it all. I am currently 6'1" 150 and in decent shape but not where I want to be. When I was 19, i bulked up for about 6 months, got up to about 177 and was ripped. I was in the military at the time, so it was more convenient to do then.

Now I work in an office and want to get back in that kind of shape. I am not out of shape, just skinny. I don't want to use any drugs and would rather not use supplements as well but I am open to suggestions.

I have done a thorough search of the internet and ran across this page:

http://www.affiliatesden.com/sites/39566.htm

I thinkthe site is the same as musclegainingsecrets.com but that is the link i clicked on to find it.

I also ran across a bunch of similar stuff but this one seemed to be the most realistic. I guess my question is, have any of you tried this program, and if so what did you think?

Also if you have any other suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Again, the link to Ferruggia's program site was:

http://www.affiliatesden.com/sites/39566.htm

Thanks again

2 Words... PRRS Training! check it out in the stickes... I just started it a a month and a bit ago...its solid gold. Here is the site as well www.prrstraining.com

I wouldnt buy into those programs... I mean, theyre GOING to work, but if you design a standard, 12 week split of 3 sets of 10 for only compound exercises, youd get good results too!

And id recomend at least a protein supplement... I was close to being drawn in by the store clerk offering me BCAA's, 2 different types of glutamine, and a whackload of other supps... I figure people have been gaining mass before supplements, and im just looking to get leaner and add some mass, similar to you. If you design a PRRS program, with proper nutrition and adequate sleep, youl get amazing results in 12 weeks. trust me.

btw, i am in no way affiliated with the man who designed it lol... i just think its kick ass!

Cool man, thanks for the reply, I will check it out. Yeah, protein shakes were a main staple of my diet the first time I bulked up, along w/ a ton of militay chow hall food, lol. As far as the other supplements and stuff go, I am hesitant to use most of them mainly because I have not done enough research to feel comfortable just buying a bunch of stuff recommended by a store clerk, like you had mentioned. Thanks again.
