Lat T Bar Question

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Ok I was all fired up to go to the gym at least 4 days this week. I threw in some lat bar routines on Tues. It went well but Wed. and Thurs. My Back, Shoulders are sore as hell. I did 3 sets closed lat at 80lbs 10-15 reps, and 100lbs open lat 10-15 sets. Man my back is sore I havent been back to the gym since Tuesday. Was going to go today but couldnt get motivated. When will the soreness go away? I have taken 2 days off now hoping I will be back Tomorrow(Fri). Any Ideas??? I been taking advil to hopefully get rid of the soreness... This was on a Lat Pull Down Machine....

Its just DOMS, and it will go away. Just ride through it, unless you feel like an injury is coming on, rather than just a an overall soreness.

Don't sweat it, it just means you worked hard.

me personaly i work my back twice a week. one day for developement of smaller muscle groups, one day for balls out heavy lifts. not sure how long you have been training or what you have been doing. if you have been out for a while it may take some time for your body to adjust to the new loads/workouts. all things come with time. as i think gazhole said in another thread its a marathon not a race. just give it time dont get discouraged.
