Sore 2 days after workout rather than 1 day
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I came down with a really bad digestive disorder that I am slowly getting over, but can't seem to get rid of completely. I noticed for the past few months actually takes me 2 days to get sore after a workout that normally used to take 1 day. This all happened very suddenly.
I had severe acid reflux in July 07. This got cured, but my digestion has been terrible, I can't eat foods I normally ate. Why is it so hard to train through this problem? I used to workout to get myself through physical problems, but my organs don't seem to want to be as cooperative. After a workout I get kind of tight on the left side of my stomach, at the spleen. If you have been able to figure a problem like this out, email me eauclaire101@yahoo.com |

Personally, with all your other problems i would go and talk to a doctor about this. Stop lifting until you're totally well again. Go and see your GP and ask him whats going on.

i have to agree with gazhole. if you are having any problems you need to see a doc. some times lifting through the pain is not a good thing.
