    wimp here...BUT

I am still a newby at this and still a wimp compared to all of you seasoned vets (lol) but I am so excited!! I bumped my free weight squat to a 165 lbs. I can do 3 sets of these at 10 reps...it taxes me at the end, but I can do it!

I love it when I see my weight move up!

Oh yea, my dead lifts are up to 175 lbs.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! (hee hee...I can already feel the pain )

Your on the right track! Just by you telling us you do squats and deads means your on the road to success, just keep getting the weights up there slowly and you will get big and strong.

Altho right now with these reduced calories, the amount of weight I'm pushing is going down!
Bodybuilding isn't everything, it's just that being small, weak, and puny REALLY sucks!!

    Kyrpto....that's a "bad sign".....you should be maintaiing...calories don't move w8....you move w8!

When I first cut from 233 to 212-215 years ago .. I felt the same way! I just couldn't move the big w8 I use too! Then I did the math....I was about 18% BF and then I was under 8% BF. Everything I lost was BF and I even gained a few pounds of LBM.....my strength came back instantly....it was all in my head!
