    This is how it was befor there was steel Gymnasiums. 20 of the best simplified barbaric plans of weight training equipment, made of fir or other equally hard Wood, and should also be free of knots and any splits that would make it weak. (These Plans can also be used with steel.)(You got to see this!) Here is some of the weight training equipment you can build using these plans. Support Rack & Power Machine, Lat Machine, Thigh Curl, Bench Press Rack, Chinning Bar, Calf Machine, Incline Bench, Grip Exerciser, Wrist Lever Bar, Roman Chair, Combination Squat Rack & Bench Press Rack, Overhead Pulley, Abdominal Board, Flat & Incline Bench, Lifting Platform. (For you Body Builders this would make a great gift.) Tell your friends you are going to start your own barbaric gym, than show them your plans.
