Is This A Good Sign?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can tell me if it is a good sign that I am feeling jiggly and looser then when I first started my workout/diet program? I haven't lost weight or inches yet when I pinch the fat around my sides and belly it is looser and more jiggly. when I jump my whole skin and fat seems to move a lot more. I started the program 2 weeks ago and have been very faithful in reducing my calories by 500 from maintenance, and lots of cardio and weight training, plus I am eating correctly and the right times, so I know I am doing everything right. It's just weird. I haven't lost weight or measurements, but I feel more fat and jiggly. Is this normal? Is the fat loosening up or something? thanks ;o) |

It could be loose skin caused by fat loss. It'll tighten up in time, if that's the case.
