Chime in on whatever. it will be a natural show. Let me know what and when you would suggest. right now I'm trying to clean up my diet a good bit and get protein. I'm 227 or so right now. I've always been in shape, and right now I'm probably about 7 percent fat. I have an "almost pro card"(placed fourth in the npc, I think it was) trainer friend that answers my questions but I would like to see what more heads say. he did tell me to concentrate on incline curls to build my peak and after only 4 workouts I could tell a big difference. Probably the fastest and most noticeable transformation I have ever seen on my body. I want to work more on my legs as I've always had a nice upper half. My upper thighs have always been big but i want to build my tear drop area. Not alot of mass around my knee area which I want to work on. Calves are decent, but i could be better. I've been doing deeps squats and deep leg presses.
so any suggestions and advice will be welcome. I cross posted this because I think it pertains to so many aspects.
