Clean and Jerk Proper Form Question

I've started the clean and jerk but on the jerk, in most videos, you squat one leg down and one leg back. I think thats pretty standard. What I want to know is can I jerk with two legs squatting like in this youtube video: YouTube - Shi Zhiyong - Clean and Jerk

I'm asking because my knees never have felt comfortable doing one legged squats.

im not too sure, but i thinks its just what you perfure more, some people like it with two legs, some with one. if you dont feel comfortable doing it with one leg, just stick with two legs, i like to do them with two legs aswell.

i wached the video, man that last lift when he droped it behind him looked like his arms where going to pop out hes shoulder scohits.
