    looking for the MASS!!

    i have been working out for a while now and i am looking for the mass. i know you do low reps heavy weights. i am really looking for chest shoulders and arms for the mass. how many sets do i do do i lift till i cant lift any more what is the best way for me to be able to gain mass? any help would be a great help thanks alot.

    there is no secret formula, nor any one canned program that suits everyone, changing things up often helps, keeping rep ranges in the 4-12 range, lots of protein, adequate rest.

    how old are you? and how much do you weigh now? know your body fat%? that can help give an idea of where your coming from.
