Got a good link in the FAQ in my sig.
Need help correcting my gorilla posture. Strong back and rear delts relative to everything else by my shoulders/arms still hunch forward/inward too much. I think it's from doing too many chinups/benching.
Any articles with good information about that and w/ exercise suggestions? Thanks.
