Bent of straight->Leg raises
which is actually most effective? I used to do them straight but was told bent leg actually works the lower abs better even though i seem to feel it more with straight legs ahh opinions?

thought so i was just told its working the hip flexors more rather than hitting the lower abs & that bent leg worked the abdominal muscles more..i think i'll stick to the feel then lol what do you guys usually stick to for it? or no preference

i dont think it really matters, but i have a slight bend in my legs when i do them.

feel has a lot to do with it...channel your focus onto the area you are trying to work...thats the best way to do it.
