Chest Getting Weaker
it seems like the rest of my body is getting stronger on Power/RR/Shock... but my chest is like getting weaker i dont understand... my diets pretty good, and this is more of a rant because im so pissed, but i'm out of ideas lol.

on what exercises is it getting weaker on, if for example it is bench press it may not be the chest that is getting weaker it may be that the triceps and shoulders cant keep up with your chest and they need isolation work.
i dont really know, thats the only thing i could think off, im no expert. |

make sure your grip is wide enough...if it is too close you will be working only your triceps and inner chest...use a wider grip...bout 2 inches wider than your shoulders...I see a lot of people not making gains all around just from wrong grip. My chest exploded when I switched.

Maybe your diet isn't up to par which could possibly mean low energy levels on the day you work chest. There could be a million possibilties lol
