Anyone agree with this guy?

I was lookin at all his videos and it seems like he knows a thing or two but some of the workouts seem weird. And would these workouts be good if im trying to bulk? Almost everything is until failure. No short sets

I agree and disagree on some things:
I don't know about keeping your body relaxed. I've heard that you can get more out of an isolation exercise if you keep your body in a state of tension throughout the lift. I agree that form should be stressed, especially on isolation movements with the biceps. I disagree on the importance of the muscle. Biceps are involved in some movements, but the focal point of a physique is the core. After that, other large muscles are much more important than the biceps. |
