    Circuit Training for Fat Loss

    my goal is to lose fat as much and as quick as possible.for circuit training should i do a full body workout 3x/week or should i keep on doing my push/pull/legs routine but circuit training style?and if i do a full body workout can i do same exercises or should i change it up?yes my diet is in check.also should i have a pwo meal right away or should i wait 30-60mins since fat loss is my main goal?please guys help me out.

    Good program I have personally done is P90X...definitely worth it and very well thought out program...its kinda pricey but then again theres ways round that if ya know what I mean...downloads...check it out...i believe youll get the exact results you want according to what you have said.

    i tried asking almost the same question about a month ago, I notice you've also asked over on BB.com, I hope you have better luck than I did in getting a response because I'd still like to know what people here ( and on other forums) have to say about it

    set up the circuits you are thinking about doing.

    they can be very valuable for your goal (or for anyone with a goal of raising work capacity as well).

    I use circuits for a lot of different things (as well as supersets and tri-sets).

    You just need to be specific with how you use them and what you do with them.
