    unilateral compound movements

    Can you name some?

    take any compound exercise you can think of.

    now do it with one arm or one leg.

    boom. unilateral compound exercise.

    Ok so for example:

    one-legged DL
    one-armed DB shoulder press
    one-legged squat

    Yes, its multi-joint and uses quite a few muscles.

    As for naming, yeah - what P-funk said, lol.

    Favourites though are Uni Overhead Press, Uni Bench Press, and Uni Pulldowns.

    The unilateral compound that I would like to do is a one-handed chin or pull up.
