No problem bud, just post it in the supplements section that way you can get the feedback you are looking for!!! Good luck...

Well it IS a training question, you're asking what you should for a program while on these supps right?
If you havent already, have a read of the training stickies.

Ahh...good eye Gaz...he was asking about his workout program...Playboy check the stickies. More days doesn't always equate to better results. You may want to look at splitting the routine up into push/pull/legs as opposed to just body parts. Gaz has alot of knowledge on this, and I just structured a routine of a four day split. I used to do parts per day(i.e chest day etc.) and now:
Day 1: horizontal push/pull upper...4 compounds(benches, dips) etc. and 3 iso's(rows,skullcrushers etc)
Day 2: leg day quad dominant(squats, leg press,)
Day 3: off
Day 4: vertical push/pull upper 4 compounds(DB bench press, military press, pullups, etc)
3 iso's(lat pulls, DB hammer curls, etc)
Day 5: legs ham/glute/hip dominant (SLDL, Roman deads etc.)
Day 6 & 7: off
Maybe 3 days of HIIT Cardio.
I switched to this and love it. Working great for me. Do one week of high intensity(heavy weight and low reps..5 sets 3-4 reps) then the following week do high endurance(lower weight high reps 4 sets 12-14 reps. SOunds like your diet is good, keep the protein up. You should be pleased. Good luck...keep it posted to see how it rolls for you. Later bud...
thanks alot that was the advice i was looking for sounds like a great routine. talked to someone at the gym yesterday and gave me the same advice on not just doing one body part per day and giving the body proper rest i appreciate the info and will post back with some results.
Ya keep it posted. It took me a minute to buy into this new way of lifting...I always broke into body parts, and always felt if I didn't do bench, etc. like 3 times a week then I wasn't going to get stronger or bigger. But breaking it into the push pull vert/horiz. I learned it is much more effective. The compound lifts are so good, and I learned alot of the iso's I was doing were really just a waste. I have noticed good gains and strength in this method, and it is proven to boot. Work hard bro, update soon.
Plus, we are about the same age( I am 35) and I am 6'0 and hover around 205-207 with 8-9% bf so being we are similar build, this routine may suit you. You may hit 200 of lean muscle by cycle end. Its fun seeing the results week after week.
biggfly, thanks for the tips and the motivation il be happy as hell if i can get up to 200 by cycle end.Il keep you posted
