Because you've been working out for TWO WEEKS.

Don't sweat it, this stuff takes time and dedication.

    Your arms are not bigger.

You are not feeling stronger because you haven't been doing it long enough.

    What's your program?

What kind of routine are you doing? Strength comes from compound moves, not from arm training

You don't feel stronger? What does that mean? Are you lifting heavier weights?

Are you attempting to lift heavier weights?

i do arms on monday, wed, and fri and legs tues, thursday and saturday. on arms i do curls, triceps, and bench and also pushups and abs.and on leg day all i can do is leg curls and legs extension. it kinda sucks because all i have is a weight machine. i just dont have time to go to a gym.
