Thanks biggfly. Now, the test boosters - what exactly are you taking now?
And what supps do you take? Fish oil? Multi? Creatine? Other?

Diet is 3300-3500 cals/day
Protein is minimum of 200 gram/day with 3 whey shakes/day(75 g total) 1 casein b4 bed (24 grams). Rest is food protein...chick,fish, nuts, cottage cheese. Carbs depends...fat 70-100 grams no saturated of course.

What is my number one element I need to concentrate on...caloric deficit?? Get down to 2800+/- cals/day?? More cardio??
Not too many people have these numbers that are natural. It is impressive if you are natural.

100%...never had a needle or AAS in my body. 2 1/2 yrs ago I did the 1-AD/4-AD cycle for 5 weeks and that was it. Like I said haven't stopped lifting since highschool or college ball, and my gene pool has helped. My dad was a former college wrestler/college f-ball player, then was partners with a college buddy of his in a gym, but it was an old school, stinky powerlifting gym and it was sink or swim with them on lifting, so my size and strength was ahead of the curve to start. But it is for real...not hear to blow smoke or impress anyone I don't know or doesn't know me. Single dad(wife passed in auto accident by a drunk 4 yrs ago) so I don't do anything but spend all my time with my son, or go to the gym while he is in school. Haven't had a single drink, for obvious reasons, in those 4 yrs. Like I said I am not an arrogant or cocky guy trying to inflate my numbers, that is why I wanted dieting advice from here, and have asked many a question on here to learn from others who have WAAAY more knowledge than I. I am far from impressive or outstanding...just trying to find ways to get better.

I have posts on here inquiring about AAS and such...but have not pulled the trigger on any. The whole thing honestly scares/intimidates me. I bought some H-Drol but haven't done it either, as I am following member "Workingatit43"s cycle of it to see how he likes it and what it does for him. So I am no "holyer than thou" guy for sure, just reading results and feedback, as I truly enjoyed the 1-AD/4-AD back in the day. But the sides weren't there like these others today.
