I tore my MCL a few months back and have already done light rehab with my legs. I just started playing basketball again which is my favorite method of cardio.

My question is do you think that I am overtraining with this routine as long as I keep eating alot. I am trying to gain strength but I really want to get my endurance and leg strength back where it was before.

Mon-chest
Tues-basketball-2hours calf/hamstrings
Wed-back/shoulders
Thurs-basketball-2hours quad raise/leg press
Fri-bis/tris/forearms
Then throw in sometime on Sat or Sun with bike or bball again

6'5-200lbs
