I agree...I do very few iso's...knee extensions may build a little endurance for an average lifter, but size and strength, not too much. I just pointed out Platz because some will point out that BB's do some of the exercises, and to not tell someone to NOT do them at all costs. But compounds rule for us blue collar guys.

Knee extensions.... they don't make the stack big enough. I could use one leg but it's a lot of stress on the knee and it's nice to use two legs so if a knee gives out your other leg can protect the impacted knee. I still use them moments after squats with two legs. I keep splitting pants though!! Relaxed fit pants are better but not good enough just like knee extensions. Bigger machine stacks and bigger pants are needed.

NO, first you need to see if anyone is looking and you then position the boys very high. You really need to drag them up with a good scoop of the hand under all your clothes. You need tight shorts to keep them there, BTW.

Just thought I would add my two cents.
I get DOMS the day after for every body part I train ... except biceps. I have not had sore biceps for years, but they still continue to grow. Just a genetic thing maybe. |

Try this program I created a few years ago. It should add about .5" to your arms in 30 days even if you are an experienced trainer (no, NOT Ronnie Coleman
).Here is a link to the article: Weight Training and Body Building - Add Here is a recent PM conversation I had with someone about it: Herandi (future) Hulk Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: SE England, UK Posts: 230 Re: 1/2" arms Quote: Originally Posted by chris mason Quote: Originally Posted by Herandi Quote: Originally Posted by chris mason Quote: Originally Posted by Herandi hi chris, i was just going through some old posts and found some people talking about a routine you made claiming to add 1/2 inch to your arms, couldn't find the article wondering if you could post be a link if possible, thanks, Herandi Here you go: http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=66 The title got messed up somehow. I assume it was when we switched servers. Let me know how it goes! Chris hi sorry to bother you again chris but just have a few questions about the routine. So you repeat the same routine (biceps, triceps, pullovers, squats, calf raises) every 4 days? and when you said "For those of you able to train every fourth day, you will have completed the routine within one calendar month" this confused me as i thought there wasn't a different routine every time you workout? thanks No, the same routine each time. What I was talking about is the fact that some people may need more than the 3 days of rest between workouts. If you can train every 4th day you will finish the routine in a month. If you have to wait longer between sessions to fully recover it will take you a bit longer. Does that make sense? Chris Hi chris just thought i'd say that the routine is definitely working! i've done 4 of the 8 workouts and my stubborn arms (only grew 1/2 inch in the 3 months between january and march) are definitely growing! they've grown about .35" each so far and i'm just overhalf way through. Couldn't believe I've found something that actually works for my arms! i'll let you know final results when the month is up.
