Second Wind
Second wind - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Which of the hypotheses is right in that link, if any? BTW, what is wrong with training more than a hour with high intesity weight training? I get second wind most workouts and feel I could go for hours. I usually go for an hour and a half or more. |

Thanks, that's what I thought. I like a couple of fast beers to counteract that before I workout. I'm not convinced that in the amounts I get from long workouts means anything bad anyways. Working for a long time doesn't give you Cushing's does it? I'm old and have more inflammation then I use to have from working out when I was younger so maybe it helps me?? BTW, does that hormone that give me "Second Wind?"
