I like either option 2 or 3. Check out craigslist too.

Thanks for the response Dub. Yeah I've been keeping my eye on Craigslist too. A lot of people don't seem to have isolated lat machines or seated rows for some reason. Always a part of some ridiculously big all-in-one gym

Actually looking at the two lat pull-downs I posted, I don't know how strong those cables look. Kinda flimsy. That's one problem with buying exercise equipment online.

Yeah and what you are looking for would probably be 700$ at a fitness store. I would just check craigslist every night. That is what I do. Get creative with what you have. Check out ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net for some new ideas on back exercises.

option 2-3 look like they are cheap shitty and will not hold up years of wear and tear or being strong enough to withstand heavier weight.

Yeah I was thinking that too. Sucks that the high quality versions of pull down stations are like gym quality and run for about 1500 to 2000. Definately gotta go used.

I do. The machine would be in addition to a pull-up/dip station.

Another option would be to row with heavy dumbbells ($0.60 per pound)

1 100 pound dumbbell should probably be about $60

It would be cheaper and save space
